6 interpolierende CNC Achsen garantieren eine optimale Positionierung der Kontaktscheibe zur Schaufeloberfläche. Eine pneumatisch angesteuerte Achse garantiert einen konstanten Schleifdruck. Dies ermöglicht somit die Bearbeitung anspruchsvollster Schaufelgeometrien und somit eine Reduzierung der vorgelagerten Fräsprozesse.
