APC Spannhülse mit mechanischer Auszugssicherung Pin-Lock
Mechanische Auszugssicherung in Verbindung mit Weldonschäften nach DIN 6535 HB und DIN 1835 B. Alle positiven Eigenschaften vom APC wie Rundlaufgenauigkeit und Dämpfungseigenschaft bleiben uneingeschränkt erhalten.
Spezialbeschichtung.
Völlig wartungsfrei.
Zentral = für Werkzeuge mit innerer Kühlmittelzufuhr.
100% dicht bis 100 bar Kühlmitteldruck.
Peripherie = zusätzlicher Kühl- und Spüleffekt.
Steigert die Prozessfähigkeit.
Spannhülse wird geliefert mit 3 Pins und Splinttreiber-Montagewerkzeug.
Design-gewuchtet (Balanced) in Verbindung mit Weldonschaft und Pin.
