Rapid r24 SCM record 240TV, ERRROR TOOL

Hi, I'm reporting a problem with my CNC machine. The model is SCM Record 240TV. The machine picks up the tool, performs the operation and when returning the tool to the R24 magazine, the error TOOL MAGAZINE R24 POSITION NOT EMPTY appears. I tried to restart the machine and always the same.
Note when I look in the magazine during an error the space where otherwise that tool is empty, and I have to reprogram it to that location.
