Beschreibung
Die Pi1511 ist eine großvolumige PVD-Beschichtungsanlage. Sie kombiniert drei rotierende PLATIT LARC-XL-Kathoden in der Tür mit zwei planaren ARC-Kathoden im hinteren Bereich der Kammer als Booster. Die Vereinigung flexibler Rundkathoden mit den leistungsstarken planaren Boostern erlaubt das Abscheiden von PLATIT-Standardbeschichtungen in der gewohnten Flexibilität, verbunden mit der für Großvolumen benötigen hohen Performance.
