Die ULT AG ist ein weltweit agierender Anbieter von Absaug- und Filteranlagen zur Beseitigung luftgetragener Schadstoffe, die bei einer Vielzahl an Materialbearbeitungsprozessen in der Industrie, dem Handwerk oder bei Forschungsarbeiten im Labor entstehen. Die lufttechnischen Anlagen der ULT AG beseitigen effizient gesundheitsgefährdende Luftschadstoffe, beispielsweise Laserrauch, Lötrauch, Schweißrauch, Dämpfe, Gase, Rauch oder Gerüche. Damit werden Mitarbeiter, Produktionsanlagen und Produkte geschützt.

Des Weiteren entwickelt und fertigt die ULT AG Lösungen zur Prozesslufttrocknung auf Basis der Sorptionstechnologie. Die Anlagen des Unternehmens finden ihren Einsatz in Industriesegmenten wie Pharma, Chemie, Elektronik- und Batteriezellenfertigung oder Nahrungs- und Genussmittel.

Das Lösungsspektrum des Unternehmens reicht von mobilen Absauganlagen für Handarbeitsplätze oder Arbeiten unter limitierten Platzverhältnissen über stationäre Systeme, die auch in Fertigungslinien integriert werden können, bis hin zu kompletten Hallenabsaugungen oder die Unterstützung großer Anlagen. Über das Angebot an Standardprodukten hinaus entwickelt und fertigt die ULT AG Sondergeräte für spezielle Anwendungen, z.B. in ATEX- oder Edelstahlausführung.

Zur Unterstützung der Erfassungseffizienz bietet die ULT zudem entsprechende Erfassungselemente und Absaugarme an, die ebenso für besondere Arbeitssituationen ausgelegt sind.

Neben der Zusammenarbeit mit Ingenieurbüros zur Planung kompletter lufttechnischer Anlagen hat die Zusammenarbeit mit Forschungsinstituten und Universitäten bei der ULT AG einen hohen Stellenwert. Das Unternehmen mit aktuell über 130 Mitarbeitern ist seit über 20 Jahren durchgängig DIN EN ISO 9001 zertifiziert.

ULT AG is a global vendor of extraction and filtration systems for the removal of airborne pollutants. These contaminants can occur in numerous material handling processes in various industrial fields, craft activities or research work in laboratories. The ventilation systems developed by ULT efficiently remove hazardous particles that occur in laser processes, soldering operations or welding processes, to name but a few. The utilisation of highly efficient filtration technology helps to eliminate dust, fumes, odours, gases and vapours, and hence, protects employees, production facilities and products. Specially developed filters are used to purify contaminated air, enabling clean air to be fed back into the working environment, thereby avoiding heat losses.

There are clear regulations and laws on the removal of hazardous substances within the working environment. ULT’s extraction and filtration units help to meet these legal demands.

The company’s solution portfolio ranges from mobile extraction units for manual workstations and tasks under limited space, stationary systems that can also be integrated into production lines, to complete hall extraction or support of large systems. In addition to turnkey solutions, ULT AG develops and produces special devices for particular applications. If required ULT’s extraction and filtration systems are certified according to ATEX and W3 and tested to meet H requirements.

In support of capturing efficiency, ULT provides extraction elements and suction arms, designed for specific working situations and applications.

ULT AG actively cooperates with engineering offices to develop complete air handling systems. Moreover, cooperation with research institutes and universities are highly important. The company with 130 people staff has been DIN EN ISO 9001 certified for more than 20 years.
