B AXIS ALIGNMENT USING PROBE CYCLE 403

Hi all,
I am looking for some advice using probe cycle 403. The machine i am using is a DMU 50 EVO LINEAR. I use cycle 403 to align a job using the probe and then get it to rotate the C axis and re zero the display know problem. But what i want to do if possible, for example is to set a job in a vice and then probe down in the z axis and then get the machine to align in a flat plane in z i assume by rotating the B but i cannot get it to work correctly. So any advise would be much appreciated;
