How do I write a program on a 3-axis vertical machine, milling the arc according to XZ, and using the Y axis as the plunging depth?

In the user's manual, this program is written strangely and too sophisticated, I don't understand anything in it, what I'm writing about. I would like it to be in a simple way, for example;
1 L X-20 Z +0
2 CC X+0 Z+0
3 C X+20 Z+0 DR+

Hey MontanaT,

Here are two examples. The first one is milling in XZ with infeed in Y and the second one YZ with infeed in X. The Stock is configured like your Picture. Q108 is the Tool Radius of the active Tool from the Tool Table. So that the Tool Point is in the Center of the Tool.
