I work on a mcv750speed machine, I can't understand why the tool change in the store always happens first through calling the T0 tool, that is, if I need to change the T20 tool to T10, then first it will be changed to T0, and then to T10. It takes as much as 15 seconds. There is also a Mcv1270 machine, there is no such thing on it, it immediately changes the right tool. How to fix it?

Use the command "Cycle Def T??" and replace the ?? with the Tool Number from the next tool.

ToolCall T100....
ToolDef T200

L M13
L Z100 FMAX
....

ToolCall T200
ToolDef T300

If both machines are of the same type, then it is probably due to the tool change macro. To do this you would have to compare the macro on both machines and have a specialist make any changes. If you need further help / explanation, send me a DM.

Kind Regards
Julian

Das Problem ist nun gelöst, es hat sich herausgestellt, dass in der Platztabelle die Werkzeuge alle mit Festplatz hinterlegt waren. Deshalb musste zwangsläufig immer erst T0 eingewechselt werden.
