Beschreibung
Für das Auswuchten von E-Anker und Hybridläufer im Rahmen der E-Mobilität hat Hofmann entsprechend den Aufgaben flexible Maschinenkonzepte entwickelt. Die geringe Unwucht-Toleranz, bedingt durch die hohen Betriebsdrehzahlen, bezogen auf das Rotorgewicht, stellt hohe Anforderungen an die Messplattform bzw. -vorrichtung.
Besonderheiten:
- Einsatz Messplattform für hochgenaue Messwiederholbarkeit 0,5gmm/kg
- Hochflexibles Lagerständermodul (optional automatisch hinsichtlich Rotorgeometrie verstellbar)
- Optionaler Einsatz von Edelstahllagerständer zur Unwuchtmessung von bereits magnetisierten Rotoren
- Schnittstelle Leitrechneranbindung (optional)
- Software für Massenausgleich "Bohren", "Fräsen" oder auch "Gewichte setzen" (optional)
- Kompakte Standfläche ca. 1000mm x 2000mm

- Serienproduktion von E-Anker und Hybridläufer aus PKW Hybrid-Antrieben
